• Turn on the device by pressing the button (1). By default, the device will work with heat function (red light), high resistance level (red light), mode 1 (light blue). •

To deactivate the heat function, press the HEAT button (4), the red light goes out.

• To change the intensity level, press 3 Blue light – low level Red light – high level • To change the mode, press 2 MODE. Blue light – level 1 Red light – level 2

• To deactivate the unit, press the on / off button (1).
